We are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator. The position will be based at our Leeds office within the Business Support team.


The role will consist of, but will not be limited to, the following :

-Manage the EDSB Sales inbox

-Distribute sales orders to the relevant CRM / CRD for them to process

-Accepting Installation, Small Works, PPM & Renewals orders for all companies

-Check all sales enquiries are correct before passing for contract review

-Once approved process the sales enquiries through to job logging

-Accurately input prices to jobs to ensure invoiced works are correct

-Pass Install jobs over once logged to have job costings added

-Request New Customer Accounts from Credit Control

-Create proforma invoices where required

-Create new client sites within C4W where required

-Update client sites within C4W where details are in need of updating

-Respond to client phone calls where required

-Liaise with CRMs & CRDs

-Work closely with the Group Client Relationship Director


Required Skills

The successful candidate will have the following skills :

-The ability to communicate confidently with people at all levels

-Able to work under pressure to maintain deadlines

-Excellent organisation, written and numerical skills

-Impeccable eye for detail

-Clear pleasant telephone manner

-Excellent timekeeping and time management skills

-Self-motivated and ability to work both in a team and using your own initiative

-Knowledge of Cash 4 Windows is preferred, but not essential as training will be given

-Clear communicator with the ability to be tenacious when sales do not meet the companies guidelines

-Ability to deal with multiple priorities with a structured and organised approach

-To be flexible enough to adapt to the reactive environment of the role


The role is full time and based at our Head Office: Compliance House, Millshaw, Leeds.


Working hours are 08:30 to 17:00 with a 45 minutes lunch break.


Salary will be discussed at interview stage. Successful candidates will be asked to undergo BS7858 Employment Screening and DBS check.
