Reed Business Support are recruiting on behalf of a prestige client based in Leeds. Our client is looking for a Sales Administrator to provide essential support to their dynamic leasing department within the automotive sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, ensuring operational efficiency, and contributing to an outstanding customer experience.

This role is ideal for someone with exceptional organisational skills and a passion for supporting a busy sales team.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including preparing lease agreements, processing paperwork, and maintaining accurate records
  • Act as a point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing information on leasing options
  • Manage documentation to ensure accuracy, proper filing, and compliance with company policies and legal standards.
  • Maintain and update customer databases with current and accurate information
  • Coordinate with finance and service departments to facilitate smooth lease agreement processing and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Assist with vehicle inventory management, tracking availability, and liaising with the sales team to meet customer demands
  • Ensure all leasing activities adhere to industry regulations and company policies
  • Support the sales team with the planning and execution of sales promotions, events, and marketing campaigns

Person Specification:

  • Must be computer literate, organised and have strong communication
  • Previous experience within a sale’s administrative role
  • 5 GCSE’s A*-C or grades 5-9 including English Language and Maths
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise work
  • Willing to learn and provide input into the team
