Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide essential administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Coordinate communication between sales teams ensuring timely responses and excellent service.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist with preparing sales reports and presentations for the management team.
  • Handle general office tasks such as filing, scheduling meetings, and managing office supplies.
  • Liaise with other departments as required.
  • Generating sales leads through social media and other channels

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
