This company manufactures bespoke windows and doors for a range of vehicles from ambulances to welfare units supplying customers across the UK and in Europe.Their customers rely on them to provide quality products and excellent customer service. Currently growing they need to add to their team and as part of a small close-knit Sales team working in a fast-paced office there is plenty of scope for job satisfaction.THE ROLE:You will play a key role in achieving satisfaction for their customers from initial contact through to the delivery of the product. Key elements are;
  • interaction with the customer by phone and e mail to understand their needs
  • accurate order processing and confirmation with customer
  • preparation of internal worksheets and specifications for the factory
  • preparation of delivery paperwork for own van and external carriers including export
  • communication with the customer regarding deliveries, payment etc.
  • preparation of quotations for special products using spreadsheet provided
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Confident verbal and written communication. Experience of working in a customer facing role with customer satisfaction as key indicator
  • Attention to detail with a desire to get things right first time
  • Numerate
  • Mature and responsible attitude to work, taking responsibility for own actions and working as part of the team
  • IT- e mail, Excel, Sage (or similar)
SALARY & BENEFITS:
  • £24,000 - £26,000, dependent on experience
  • Staff bonus at about £200 per month when target reached.

  • 20 days holiday + public holidays.
  • hours are 8.00 – 4.30 , 8.00- 2.00 Friday
They are near the entrance to Sherburn Industrial Area and have free car parking.
