In this exciting role, you will be at the heart of the sales process, ensuring the smooth progression of property sales from the initial agreement right through to completion. You will be a crucial link between the sales team, clients, and other stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring every transaction is handled with care and efficiency.

The package
  • A competitive basic salary of up to £15,600 per annum

The Part-time Sales Progressorrole
  • Manage the sales process from the point of sale through to completion, ensuring all parties are updated regularly
  • Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transaction process
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, keeping them informed throughout the sales process
  • Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the sales process
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and company policies

The person
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the property or real estate sector ishighly desirable
  • Strong understanding of the property sales process and relevant legislation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team
