My client based in Leeds seeks a Sales Support Executive to join their team.

Duties:

* Provide customer support to vendors.
* Check Client Care Pack have been issued to vendors.
* Assist vendors in completing their client care documentation.
* Help with ID verification
* Chase the return of Client Care documentation to solicitors
* Help with sales team administration.
* Client Update Calls
* Arrange property surveys for and ensure the reports are returned in a speedy manner.
* Distribute returned valuations to the relevant parties.
* Chase urgent valuations
* Update the team managers on the progress of each file.
* Upload information onto inhouse software
* Optimise the internal versus external courier methods.
* Manage the relationship with 3rd party companies.
* Arrange for contracts and other important documents to be signed.
* Liaise with all departments within the business and deliver efficient service.
* Assisting with desktops & RICS Surveys requests as and when required
* Responding to viewing requests from Rightmove as and when required
* Answering incoming calls and booking in viewings
* Chasing feedback from viewings
* Creating property brochures on our online portal
* Arranging photography appointments at properties
* Arranging appointments with 3rd party agents
* Optimise the internal versus external courier methods.
* Arrange for contracts and other important documents to be signed and returned.
* Any ad hoc requests made by the management team
* Excellent telephone manner and ability to build rapport.
* Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
* Ability to prioritise tasks and remain calm under pressure.
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Proactive
* High levels of customer service
