About the Job -

As a Sales Team Leader, you’ll manage a team of four Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), motivating and coaching them to deliver outstanding results. Leading by example, you’ll actively engage in appointment setting, contributing directly to sales while ensuring team success. Working with both an established customer base and new campaigns, you’ll optimize lead flow and maintain efficiency in cost per acquisition.

  • You’ll be responsible for recruiting, training and developing SDRs, fostering a high performance, motivated team through coaching and ongoing support.
  • You’ll drive appointment setting and model best practices to achieve personal and team sales goals.
  • You’ll monitor KPIs, manage team budget and track cost per confirmed appointment to meet targets within budget constraints.
  • Oversee external agencies and manage online campaigns through social media and Google Ads, maximising ROI.
  • Leverage a well-established customer base to build relationships and drive appointment bookings through effective communication.

About you -

  • Minimum 3 years in outbound sales, telemarketing, or similar, with preference for candidates with management experience or senior sales professionals ready to step up.
