Salesforce Product Owner

Up to £75,000 + benefits

Flexible Hybrid - Leeds, Birmingham, Surrey

We are seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Product Owner to lead the strategic development and enhancement of an internal Salesforce platform. This role will be responsible for defining and prioritising the Salesforce road map, working closely with internal stakeholders, and ensuring optimal utilisation of the platform to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Salesforce in alignment with internal business goals.

  • Gather, prioritise, and translate internal business requirements into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, business analysts, and end-users, to deliver impactful internal solutions.

  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and the Salesforce development team.

  • Ensure the platform meets internal business needs by continuously evaluating and optimizing Salesforce features and capabilities.

  • Manage the Salesforce backlog, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements.

  • Provide guidance on best practices, governance, and scalability for internal Salesforce implementation.

  • Conduct user training, support adoption efforts, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases, trends, and emerging technologies to maximise value for internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, architecture, and best practices.

  • Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Ability to translate internal business needs into technical requirements.

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Product Owner) are desired

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
