Excellent opportunity for a Scrum Master to join a well-known business in the West Yorkshire area as part of the team tasked with delivering a significant cloud transformation programme.This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a large, profitable business that is launching a high-profile transformation programme across its UK operation designed to prevent system slowdowns, front-end issues, and operational risk.Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure the team stays on track and continuously improves.
  • Identifying and eliminating obstacles, whether they are technical, procedural, or interpersonal.
  • Focusing on meeting delivery deadlines and ensuring that the team delivers the committed work within the sprint timeframe.
  • Assisting the Product Owner in managing the product backlog, refining user stories, and ensuring that the team understands the work to be done.
  • Monitoring the team's progress through burndown charts and other metrics to ensure that the team is on track to meet its goals.
  • Encouraging the team to adopt Agile practices and principles, but with a strong emphasis on delivering tangible results.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master, with a strong emphasis on delivery.
  • Familiarity with SAFe and its application in a business context.
  • Ability to balance Agile principles with practical delivery needs.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, capable of navigating complex project environments.
