The Senior Estimator position is located in Leeds, West Yorkshire, with a salary range of £65,000 to £75,000.
This full-time, permanent role requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in civil engineering in the UK, including at least 3 years as an Estimator with a small or medium contractor.
Responsibilities include completing tenders, performing take-offs, and collaborating with various stakeholders throughout the tendering process.
Candidates should possess HNC/HND or degree qualifications, basic IT skills, and preferably experience with Conquest estimating software.
Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and hold a full UK driving licence.

Senior EstimatorLocation: - Leeds, West YorkshireSalary: - £65,000 - 75,000Job Type: - Full time, Permanent Role DescriptionThe Resolute Group is working in partnership with a Civil Engineering firm based within the Leeds, West Yorkshire region assisting a diverse range of works within Civil Engineering valued up to £20 million.As an Estimator, you will be tasked to carry out take-offs, bills of quantities, cost plans and tenders for a range of clients including, sub-contractors, developers and private clients. In addition, you will assist reviewing residential and commercial projects with new and existing clients.Day to day duties will vary but could include:

Completing tenders on behalf of clients based on architectural, structure engineer, and specialist drawings, plans and specifications.
Establishing connections with various individuals across the tendering process including suppliers, subcontractors and specialists to allow collaboration.
Perform accurate take-offs for various residential and commercial projects, utilising measuring take-off tools and software for precision.
Supporting the estimating and managing director as required.
Discussing and establishing potential value engineering regarding projects to aid clients in meeting budgets.

Qualifications / Experience

A minimum of 8+ years' experience in civils in the UK, 3 of which as an Estimator with a small/ medium contractor
Be HNC/HND or degree qualified
Basic IT skills and experience of Conquest estimating software preferred
Have a knowledge of standard Conditions of Contract
Full UK driving licence
