What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage a small ER team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Provide expert advice and support on a wide range of employee relations issues.
- Proactively identify and resolve complex HR situations, ensuring compliance with all employment legislation and company policies.
- Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategies with overall business goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders across the business, offering solutions and mitigating risks.

- A seasoned HR professional with a proven track record of success in employee relations.
- Experienced in leading and developing a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- A confident decision-maker with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and best practices.
- A strong communicator with the ability to build trust and rapport with employees at all levels.
