The position offers a salary of up to £60,000, along with additional benefits such as a £5,400 car allowance and a yearly profit share due to the employee-owned structure.
Candidates are required to have a NEBOSH National Certificate, Tech IOSH Membership, and preferably an APS Membership, with at least 1 year of experience as a Senior Principal Designer.

Senior CDM Principal Designer

The Senior CDM Principal Designer will be confident within Design meetings and advises clients effectively within PCI & CPP. The CDM Principal Designer will have the opportunity to manage and work on projects within a wide range of sectors, including Residential, commercial, education & infrastructure.

NEBOSH National Certificate
Tech IOSHH Membership
APS Membership (preferable)
1 years Senior Principal Designer experience (preferable)
