They are currently looking for a proactive and highly organised Administrator for their team. This role combines Service Coordination and Sales Support responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to business growth. If you're detail-oriented, customer-focused, and excel at multitasking, we’d love to hear from you!  Duties and Responsibilities of the Service & Sales Administrator:
  • Act as the main point of contact for all service-related inquiries, ensuring prompt responses to client needs.
  • Organise and schedule service jobs, optimising resource allocation and technician availability.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of service activities, customer information, and service outcomes.
  • Track and manage service contracts, warranties, and post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Facilitate effective communication between technicians and customers, addressing and resolving service issues in a timely manner.
  • Support the sales team by managing order processing, preparing quotations, and maintaining professional customer communications.
  • Address customer queries about products, pricing, and availability with speed and accuracy.
  • Regularly update and maintain the CRM database to ensure data integrity.
  • Create and deliver sales materials, including presentations, proposals, and detailed reports.
  • General administration duties, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including calls, emails, and post.
  • Assist with generating invoices, updating quotations, and preparing proforma invoices for clients.
  • Support office management tasks, such as maintaining office supplies inventory.
Skills required:
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an administrative, service coordination, or sales support role.
  • Skills: Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM software experience preferred.
  • Customer Service: A customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
