We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable telehandler operator to join our team on a long-term contract at a new build housing site in Skelmanthorpe. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic construction team working on a large-scale residential project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate the telehandler to transport materials around the site.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials from delivery vehicles.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations on-site.
- Work closely with the site management team to ensure smooth site operations.
Requirements:
- Valid CPCS telehandler ticket (essential).
- Proven experience operating a telehandler on construction sites.
- Excellent understanding of health and safety practices.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Previous experience on new build housing sites.
- Full UK driving licence.
