What We’re Looking For:
- A background in underwriting, ideally within Social Welfare/Care risks, although experience in commercial insurance will also be considered.
- Strong communication skills to build and nurture broker relationships.
- Proven ability to secure renewals while maintaining underwriting discipline.
- Enthusiasm for professional development, with CII qualifications (or a willingness to study).
- Proficiency with broker e-trading platforms and MS Office.
