We are currently looking for an experienced UPS Engineer to join our client. This role will be covering the Yorkshire and Scotland area, but applicants must like a reasonable commute fro, their head office in Sherburn-in-Elmet.

On call will be 1 in 3 - £125 for the week.

What will the UPS Engineer be doing?

  • Liaising with the service team to attend customer's sites.
  • Ensuring you provide accurate information on the assets.
  • Taking responsibility for work and ensuring all jobs are completed efficiently.
  • Carryout site surveys for new installations/replacement units
  • Filling in detailed job reports
  • Responding to customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Supporting the sales team with their questions and requests.
  • Working unsociable hours.
  • Weekend working.
  • Call out rota.
  • Travelling throughout the UK as required including nights away.

What we are looking for in the UPS Engineer?

  • Previous UPS Experience is essential
  • HNC/HND/BSc in Electrical/Electronic Engineer or equivalent
  • 18th Edition
