Overview:Nextgen are seeking to recruit a full-time Year 3 Teacher for one of our partnership schools based in Leeds (LS11). The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive learning environment, developing engaging lesson plans, and promoting the academic and personal growth of students. This role requires a commitment to educational excellence and the ability to inspire students to achieve their full potential.

Requirements:

  • PGCE/QTS (qualified teacher status).
  • Both ECT Years completed (minimum 3 years of teaching experience in KS2).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage classroom activities and administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students through innovative teaching techniques.
