About Tempus Novo
Tempus Novo is an award-winning charity that supports ex-offenders into sustainable employment, helping to change their lives and deliver social impact in our communities. The charity was created by two former Senior Prison Officers who wanted to break the ongoing cycle of reoffending and give ex-offenders the chance to secure sustainable employment. The founders of Tempus Novo developed a sustainable rehabilitation model with unrivalled success rates. The work of Tempus Novo will be felt for generations as the men and women supported are breaking the reoffending cycle and are setting positive examples to their children about legitimate work.
Tempus Novo has attracted attention internationally and the next step for the organisation is to expand across the UK. Successful fundraising is integral to the growth plans and the Fundraising Manager will support the diversification of voluntary income to make these plans a reality.
