Stride Recruitment are excited to present an excellent opportunity for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to take the next steps and become a Lettings Manager- to join a vibrant, market-leading Property Business in Leeds & Harrogate.

This is perfect if you are an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator/Valuer who would love to take the next step into management.As a Lettings Manager, you will be the first point of contact for prospective Landlords and Tenants, so having a passion for providing exceptional levels of services is essential!

Duties:

  • Arrange and conduct viewings with prospective tenants
  • Build and maintain meaningful and long-lasting relationships with landlords
  • Advising prospective tenants on the best properties for them, having fully understood their requirements
  • Handling offers, negotiations and queries between landlords and tenants
  • Ensuring a consistent deliver of exceptional levels of customer service to both landlords and tenants


Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of Residential Lettings experience
  • ARLA qualification or similar is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A genuine passion for the property industry
  • Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
