This is perfect if you are an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator/Valuer who would love to take the next step into management.As a Lettings Manager, you will be the first point of contact for prospective Landlords and Tenants, so having a passion for providing exceptional levels of services is essential!

Duties:
- Arrange and conduct viewings with prospective tenants
- Build and maintain meaningful and long-lasting relationships with landlords
- Advising prospective tenants on the best properties for them, having fully understood their requirements
- Handling offers, negotiations and queries between landlords and tenants
- Ensuring a consistent deliver of exceptional levels of customer service to both landlords and tenants
Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of Residential Lettings experience
- ARLA qualification or similar is desirable but not essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A genuine passion for the property industry
- Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle
