Due to company growth, our client is looking for a qualified and experienced Commercial Catering Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid role carrying out installations, service, maintenance and reactive work across Leeds and surrounding areas.
Job details:
- Diagnose, service and repair a wide range of commercial catering equipment.
- Responsible for repairing and maintaining commercial catering equipment across the following sectors: Hospitals, Care Homes, Schools/Universities, Restaurants, Café’s and Bars.
- Ensure that all technical and compliance paperwork is completed and up to date.
- Completing all works to the highest standards in an efficient manner, while complying with the company’s health and safety policy.
Qualifications / Experience:
- Previous experience in commercial catering (essential)
- Must hold the relevant COMCAT (1,3 & 5) qualifications (essential)
- Proven ability to diagnose and rectify equipment issues promptly
- Thorough understanding of safety protocols and compliance standards
- Excellent attention to detail and adept problem-solving skills are a must
- Full UK Driver’s License (essential)
What’s on offer:
- Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 (negotiable)
- Shift pattern: Monday to Friday (40hr week) No on call rota!
