- Must hold either an Assessors award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA) AND/OR a Level 3 Teaching qualification.
- Must hold own Level 3 in Spectator Safety (or above).
- Experience of delivering accredited courses is desirable.
- Happy to deliver training in-person and online.
- Hold solid occupational experience within Spectator Safety, as a Grounds Safety Supervisor or Officer.
- Driving licence and a vehicle - candidate must be flexible with travel.
- Manage a caseload of learners working towards qualifications in Spectator Safety up to Level 4.
- Deliver engaging training and support learners through their qualifications both in-person and online remote sessions (group and 1:1 basis) – role dependent
- Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
- Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
- Support, advise and motivate learners.
- Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
- Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
- Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
- Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learner.
