We have an exciting position for a part time Health and Safety Manager to join a respected and modern law firm based in Leeds City Centre. The hours would be 3 days a week (22 hours) with the core hours 9-5pm Wednesday to Friday with a salary of 37k pro rated to 22k a year.

The main responsibilities for this role would include:

- Reviewing and implemented health and safety policies and communicating these to all personnel within the firm

- Educated and training by organising and facilitating safety training programmed for internal staff

- Produce material for safety training modules

- Provide training and development plans by supporting the health and safety officer

- Ensuring compliance is adhered too and updated across the firm

- Conduct office staff assessments

- Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure all health and safety requirements are met

- Main training records of safety activities to ensure compliance

- Assisting with reports and client tenders

- Conduct internal and external audits

- Liaise with external stakeholders

It is essential to have experience managing health and safety in a professional services environment and have an understanding of law and regulations. It would be ideal to have ISO qualifications.
