Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site risk assessments and identify/mitigate workplace hazards

  • Lead HSE training and toolbox talks across teams and departments

  • Drive compliance with all safety regulations and internal policies

  • Investigate incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions

  • Support and integrate Health, Safety & Environmental systems across sites

  • Conduct audits and inspections to ensure regulatory adherence

  • Develop and maintain emergency response plans and documentation

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to champion a proactive safety culture

  • Report directly to the Group Head of EHS Compliance with updates and insights

I'm keen to speak to HSE Advisor's with:

  • Experience in a Health & Safety role, ideally within heavy manufacturing

  • NEBOSH National General 

  • Understanding of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards

  • Experience in safety policy development, auditing, and investigations

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly to customer sites

  • Member of a professional body such as IOSH or IIRSM
