  • Duties include working with the entire business to improve services, liaising with clinicians, working with the marketing team, ensuring accurate billing, managing a small team of admin staff, reporting data accurately, preparing reports and presentations, and streamlining processes and systems

Our client, based on the outskirts of Leeds, is looking for an experienced Client Relationship Manager from the private healthcare insurance sector.

The successful candidate must have experience at senior management level within a healthcare environment, and you must be able to work at pace whilst displaying empathy and understanding.

You will be working closely alongside senior medical specialists.

Salary up to £35,000pa plus a bonus

Fully office based.

Full-time, permanent role.

The role will be varied but duties will include:

  • Working with the entire business to improve services
  • Liaising with clinicians to build relationships to ensure maximum revenue is generated
  • Working with the marketing team to attract new business
  • Ensuring billing is accurate
  • Managing a small team of admin staff including appraisals and training
  • Reporting data accurately
  • Preparing reports and presentations
  • Streamlining processes and systems

About you:

  • Experience managing a team.
  • Healthcare background.
  • Professional manner.
  • Experience in the Private Medical sector would be advantageous.
