An exclusive opportunity has arisen for a General Manager to lead the catering and hospitality services at a high-profile law firm. This is a prestigious and dynamic role requiring hands-on management to directly lead a team of eight, managing both employee dining and corporate hospitality services.
Key Requirements:- Corporate Contract Catering Experience - Recent experience in either a Deputy General Manager position or General Manager position managing a high-profile corporate contract is essential. Candidates from a luxury hotel (4/5) background will also be considered.
- Commercial Acumen - Must be commercially aware, ensuring financial and operational excellence.
- Leadership & Team Management - Experience in leading and inspiring a high-performing team.
- Exceptional Hospitality Standards - A passion for high-end hospitality with a strong food focus.
- Client Engagement - Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and the client and be visible interacting in operations.
- Professional Presentation - Must be polished and well-presented to match the corporate environment.
This is a fantastic role for someone who has 5* hospitality experience, is a real foodie and would like a Monday to Friday position.
