NextGen Teachers are proud to be working in partnership with a Primary School based in central Leeds who looking to recruit a Sports Graduate for a full-time contract in September 2025.

This is a high-performing Primary School who are passionate and enthusiastic about bringing recent graduates into the world of Education providing you with the knowledge, skills and support to thrive in a a career in education.

This is a forward-thinking Primary school with children from Nursery - Year 6 and the school are wanting to get a head start on their September Graduate recruitment. The school are looking for a Sports Graduate to help assist with PE across the whole school.

If you are a recent graduate or a soon to be graduate looking for a role in a school, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Graduate Teaching Assistant role:

Support with implementing appropriate activities to support children's learning and development
Both group and 1:1 support
Provide a safe and nurturing environment
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Promoting the general well being of the children
Observe and assess the children progress and be able to report back to the classroom teacher

Applicants must have:

Degree Qualified or in progress (due to finish in 2025)
An enhanced child DBS on the update service (or willingness to complete one)
Two professional references
The right to work in the UK
