We are looking for aCleaningSupervisorwho wants to work in a diverse rolewhere no two days are the same.

As theCleaningSupervisor,you will supervise the deliveryof cleaning staff and more general FMsoft services.

TheCleaningSupervisor,will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team, including Stores, Grounds, and landscape service delivery.
  • Ensuring schedules and programs of work are followed and delivered to high standards
  • Conducting regular quality audits to meet contractual requirements and quality standards.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Maintaining control over materials and equipment budgets
  • Leading, motivating, and developing staff, identifying developmental needs, setting objectives, and evaluating performance
  • Monitoring and managing staff absence, ensuring proper cover for holidays and sickness
  • Adhering to health and safety policies and maintaining relevant documentation, such as risk assessments and method statements
  • Ensuring HR processes are followed and employees are treated according to company policies and legislation
  • Managing shift patterns for a 24/7 operation and providing out-of-hours call-out functions

To be successful for this CleaningSupervisorrole you must have:

  • BICSc Certificate in Cleaning Supervision
  • Basic to intermediate IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Managerial experience in a similar role
  • Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated and able to use initiative
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different business units
  • Ability to work autonomously and make decisions independently
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to workload
  • Excellent track record in customer service, self-development, and motivation
