We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Administrator to join our HR team, a central pillar of our firm’s operations. This role is integral to providing comprehensive administrative support across various HR functions, ensuring a seamless people experience. The HR team is at the core of our Motivated Teams strategy, and as an HR Administrator.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Support Talent Acquisition by posting roles, scheduling interviews, administering tests, and managing systems.
  • Prepare offers and contracts of employment, collect pre-employment documentation, and process checks.
  • Coordinate onboarding for new joiners, including communication and scheduling inductions.
  • Monitor employee reviews and performance evaluations, updating systems and confirming outcomes.
  • Assist with Learning and Development, including inbox and database management, scheduling training, and preparing materials.
  • Support Trainee and Apprenticeship processes, arrange review meetings, and monitor key dates and activities.
  • Manage the HR inbox, respond to queries, and draft standard HR documents and letters.
  • Maintain HR databases and employee records with high data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with cyclical HR processes like salary reviews, promotions, and annual leave calculations.
  • Perform additional duties as reasonably required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Adaptability and willingness to take on responsibilities.
