People Solutions have an excellent opportunity for a Recruitment Account Coordinator to join our onsite team in Leeds.

This role will be a mixture of office-based administration and being on the shopfloor supporting our workers.

Day to Day Duties 

  • Staff engagement, interaction and support
  • Conducting assessments and induction for new hires
  • Managing attendance and dealing with any issues arising
  • Developing the existing pool of staff to support productivity on-site
  • Dealing with the escalation of disciplinary matters
  • Working alongside current onsite coordinator with collation and managing of data and daily tasks
  • Developing a strong working relationship at all levels

Essential Skills 

  • Must have strong administration skills, including the use of Microsoft packages such as Excel
  • Be able to work in a high-pressure environment.

Desirable Skills 

  • You’ll be supporting our client’s busy operation so experience of recruitment in warehouse and industrial sectors would be beneficial
  • We would also consider applications from applicants with experience in Team Leader/Supervisory/Management roles within a warehouse environment.
