£26,000 PER ANNUM
People Solutions have an excellent opportunity for a Recruitment Account Coordinator to join our onsite team in Leeds.
We are looking for someone with drive, commitment and professionalism to join our team.

This role will be a mixture of office-based administration and being on the shopfloor supporting our workers.

Day to Day Duties
- Staff engagement, interaction and support
- Conducting assessments and induction for new hires
- Managing attendance and dealing with any issues arising
- Developing the existing pool of staff to support productivity on-site
- Dealing with the escalation of disciplinary matters
- Working alongside current onsite coordinator with collation and managing of data and daily tasks
- Developing a strong working relationship at all levels
Essential Skills
- Must have strong administration skills, including the use of Microsoft packages such as Excel
- Be able to work in a high-pressure environment.
Desirable Skills
- You’ll be supporting our client’s busy operation so experience of recruitment in warehouse and industrial sectors would be beneficial
- We would also consider applications from applicants with experience in Team Leader/Supervisory/Management roles within a warehouse environment.
