What you'll need to succeedAre you passionate about education and organisational development? We're seeking a skilled training administrator for a short-term temporary contract of 3/4 months. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in coordinating training programs, managing logistics, and ensuring a seamless learning experience for our employees.Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and design relevant programs.
- Manage training materials, including content creation and distribution.
- Create and maintain manuals to cascade across the wider business
- Provide administrative support to the training team.
