I am partnering with a client of mine in their search for a HR Lead / Employee Experience Manager. This is a brand new role and fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing business as part of their broader people team.
The ultimate purpose of this role is to deliver an efficient HR service to employees across the business.
Below is an overview of the things you will get involved in:
- Leading on centralisation of the HR administration team
- Supporting with changes to the broader people team structure
- Working with subject matter experts to ensure the HR system is being used with optimal effectiveness
- Leading and managing a high performing team
- Identifying opportunities where processes can be streamlined, using innovative digital technologies
- Ensuring all HR processes are robust and documented
- Collaborating effectively with key stakeholders across the business
- Continuously reviewing and improving all HR processes across the employee lifecycle from onboarding through to the leaver process
To be considered for this role it is essential that you have a real depth of HR Management experience, have previously managed teams and are well organised with strong attention to detail. My client is also looking for a creative individual who will bring lots of ideas to the role.
