The Role:

This role will allow the successful HR Manager to shape the HR function, implementing all necessary HR procedures and policies while supporting the business during a significant period of growth. As a HR Manager, you will ensure that the company adopts HR best practices, facilitates change, and develops a culture that enables all employees to achieve their full potential.

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR Management and a sound understanding of UK employment legislation. You will embody a professional, versatile, and empathetic approach, capable of effectively collaborating with both management and staff at all levels. Organisation, communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly are key prerequisites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing, implementing, and reviewing HR policies and procedures to drive performance
  • Providing insightful, strategic input on HR matters to senior leadership
  • Managing HR related issues including recruitment, retention, and employee relations
  • Ensuring compliance with all legal and company procedures
  • Encouraging employee professional development plans
