HR Shared Services Manager
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000

Elevation HR are supporting a business services organisation to recruit aHR Shared Services Manager. The role will be responsible for managing and optimising the delivery of HR services, with a strong focus on system implementation and process improvement. This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and a focus on enhancing employee experience through streamlined HR processes and effective technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the HR Services team to deliver high-quality HR support.
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee data management, benefits administration, and HR systems.
- Drive system implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration and adoption of new HR technologies.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations, company policies, and best practices.
- Act as a key point of contact for escalated HR queries and issues.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to support strategic HR initiatives.
- Monitor and report on service delivery metrics and performance indicators.
- Identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation within HR operations.
Qualifications:
- CIPD Qualified ideally level 7
- Proven experience in HR services leadership roles with a focus on system implementation and process improvement.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems, and best practices.
- Experience managing HRIS and leading technology implementation projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related technologies.
