Our Client:Nigel Wright are delighted to be supporting an established tech business with their search for an Interim Director of People Partnerships. The role with be supporting European operations and will back up the company wide global team.This is a possible contract to hire opportunity for a senior HR professional who has solid ER experience with breadth across EMEA.

The Role:Includes but not limited to
  • Partnering with SLT as a business partner to provide strategy and thought leadership related to Employee Relations, Engagement, Inclusion and Acquisition activities.
  • Providing management information and summaries of the employee engagement and relations landscape - monthly and quarterly. Conducting reviews and course-corrects, as is needed.
  • Advising Leaders on effective organizational design and development to achieve overall operational outcomes.
  • Work closely with Stakeholders, the Talent Acquisition Team to forecast talent needs and to ensure that a pipeline of exceptional talent is flowing into the organization
  • Be familiar with and highly capable at driving and sustaining change.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Has 10 years+ global HR strategic leadership experience
  • Has the ability to think strategically but act tactically.
  • Is willing and able to action and own tactical people processes day to day.
  • Has strong problem solving capabilities with the ability to approach problems with a solutions based mindset.
  • Will have Employee Relations experience across multiple geos
