Xpertise is urgently seeking a Payroll Manager for a global client located in central Leeds.
Candidates must have proven experience as a Payroll Manager in large organizations and in payroll processing for all employees and contractors.
The role requires a strong knowledge of PAYE/NIC and statutory payments, along with experience in compliance, reporting, and pension benefits.
A degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience is needed, and a CIPP Foundation in Payroll Management is considered beneficial.

Payroll Manager

Xpertise are urgently looking for a Payroll Manager for a global client in central Leeds.

Candidates will have the following skills and experience:

Proven experience as a Payroll Manager in large organisations
Proven experience in payroll processing for all employees, contractors (including starters/leavers)
Proven experience processing other deductions such as attachment of earnings order, staff loans and cycle to work
Experience with ADP (systems)
A strong knowledge of knowledge of PAYE/NIC and statutory payments such as SMP/SAP, SPP and SSP
A strong background in compliance and reporting
Proven experience in pension and risk benefits
Proven experience in audit and reconciliation
Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
CIPP Foundation - Payroll Management (beneficial)

Role is inside IR35 - hybrid working - Leeds.
