Recruitment Regional ManagerYorkshire and the North East£60,000+This is an Education recruitment business with branches across the UK. They handle temporary and permanent roles and are a go-to name in the recruitment industry. They are looking for a Regional Manager to join their rapidly expanding team.

The position will initially be based in our Leeds branch, with exciting plans to expand across the North/North East region. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the business and operations within the assigned region, ensuring each branch meets their growth targets, provides exceptional service to client schools, and recruits top-tier education professionals.

We are looking for a strong leader of people who can give strategic guidance and direction to the individual branches whilst maximising profitability and ensuring that the company achieves its mission and objectives. This will be a key position within the senior management team. You will be expected to build, develop, and motivate your branch management teams and assist them with the tools they need to maximise profit and business opportunities.Responsibilities include:

  • Managing, leading and motivating the existing branches.
  • Developing and executing strategic plans for growth, market penetration, and enhanced profitability across the region.
  • Creatively developing business and business relationships.
  • Reporting progress to the senior management team.
  • Maximising profit and business opportunities within the various contracts under your remit.
  • Developing the service offering and client relationships to grow the business areas covered under the various contracts.
  • Developing and implementing an ongoing strategy.
  • Recruiting and developing new team members.
  • Ensuring high levels of customer services are always achieved.

Experience:

  • An experienced recruitment industry regional or area manager.
  • Exceptional leadership experience.
  • A strategic thinker who can plan and execute at a high level.
  • An excellent motivator who can think around problems.
  • A relationship builder with senior account management experience.
  • Well organised and capable of identifying training needs.
  • A capable multi-tasker who knows where to spend time effectively.
