The Resourcing Manager will work closely with senior leaders to manage team deployment, optimise resource allocation, and support employee development. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a focus on achieving the best commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Partners, Directors, and Managers to understand resourcing needs.
  • Ensure effective team utilisation and advise on best resourcing practices.
  • Balance client needs with employee skills and availability.
  • Manage work planners and provide administrative support.
  • Support talent development by aligning employees with suitable projects.
  • Identify and resolve resource conflicts to optimise efficiency.
  • Provide reports and insights on workforce utilisation.
  • Drive process improvements and implement best practices.
Experience Required:
  • Background in resource planning and management.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure with competing priorities.
  • Experience in a professional services environment.
