- Ensure effective team utilisation and advise on best resourcing practices.
- Balance client needs with employee skills and availability.
- Manage work planners and provide administrative support.
- Support talent development by aligning employees with suitable projects.
- Identify and resolve resource conflicts to optimise efficiency.
- Provide reports and insights on workforce utilisation.
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices.
- Background in resource planning and management.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with competing priorities.
- Experience in a professional services environment.
