Description
- Implement and maintain effective reward strategies and policies
- Lead the annual reward cycle using Successfactors
- Manage salary benchmarking processes
- Provide specialist advice on reward issues
- Develop and manage reward communications
- Support the wider HR team with projects and initiatives
- Analyse data to inform reward decisions and strategy
- Ensure compliance with legislation and best practice
Profile
A successful Reward HRBP or Reward Manager should have:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the professional services industry
- Ideally proficiency in Successfactors
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong understanding of reward strategies and policies
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
Job Offer
- A competitive salary range of approximately £55,500 - £70,000 DOE
