We are seeking a highly capable Reward HRBP or Manager in Leeds who as proven professional services experience to contribute positively to our Human Resources department.

Description

  • Implement and maintain effective reward strategies and policies
  • Lead the annual reward cycle using Successfactors
  • Manage salary benchmarking processes
  • Provide specialist advice on reward issues
  • Develop and manage reward communications
  • Support the wider HR team with projects and initiatives
  • Analyse data to inform reward decisions and strategy
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and best practice

Profile

A successful Reward HRBP or Reward Manager should have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the professional services industry
  • Ideally proficiency in Successfactors
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong understanding of reward strategies and policies
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team
