Travel Training and Recruitment ManagerExcellent opportunity to join an established and growing homeworking business as a Training and Recruitment Manager . This role will be responsible for the training and development of both new and existing travel consultants, whilst steadily growing the network of home working travel consultants within the business. This is a unique opportunity as the role covers a variety of areas including training, recruitment and business development and is an exciting time to join the business and they expand their team. This role can either be office/hybrid in the Yorkshire area or homeworking maybe considered with travel to the company's office in Yorkshire to complete training sessions and attend meetings. This role offers a basic salary up to £35,000 along with other benefits including 24 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, overseas trips, 1 week's free accommodation overseas and free onsite parking.Travel Training and Recruitment Manager Responsibilities Responsible for the recruitment of new travel homeworkers including advertising, screening, and selection of suitable applicationsCreating engaging training content and sessions for both new starters and existing homeworking travel consultantsDelivering training sessions ensuring this is engaging and using available resources to cover both in person and remote training sessions Making sure all homeworkers have the relevant equipment and resources to complete their roleSupporting homeworkers with future development of their businessTravel Training and Recruitment Manager Skills required MUST have experience working in travel as a Business Development/ Training or Cluster/Store Manager, ideally managing homeworkersConfident creating and delivering training sessions to both new and existing staff across different formatsExperience recruiting and conducting interviews and assessing suitability of the applicationsExcellent communications skills, with the ability to build relationships with both internal teams and external suppliersExcellent organisational skills, with the ability to plan and manage a busy varied workloadFlexible approach as this role will be varied and although homeworking will be considered at times you will be required to be office based to complete training and attend meetings If you would like to apply for the role of Travel Training and Recruitment Manager, please send an up-to-date cv to alternatively please call Rachel on
