Built on expertise, integrity and innovation, we are looking for an ambitious, competitive and highly-driven graduate looking to take their career into Talent Acquisition. As a Graduate Talent Acquisition Partner for our Henderson Scott business, you will identify and attract high performing recruiters across various divisions throughout the UK.

We are looking for someone to be a real ambassador for Search, representing us and selling our ever-growing brand. This requires a pro-active approach, sourcing recruiters across our multiple divisions, working closely with the Managing Directors and senior managers to ensure you understand their requirements. Key to your success is the ability to engage with passive candidates, utilising LinkedIn Recruiter and head-hunting techniques.Key skills:Great communication skills are a must as you'll be engaging with candidates and stakeholders on a daily basis. Over everything we are looking for hard-working individuals who are driven, competitive and dedicated to growing a career in the recruitment industry.
