We are seeking an HR & Employment Specialist to provide comprehensive support in Human Resources and Employment matters within the professional services industry giving advice to clients on all Employment Law and HR matters. The successful candidate can be based in either Leeds or Hull and will be adept at navigating the complexities of employment law.

Profile

A successful HR & Employment Specialist should have:

  • CIPD Qualified Level 5 or above or qualified Employment Law Solicitor
  • Thorough knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software ideally Salesforce
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and high-stress situations.
