We’re on the hunt for a HR Administrator to join a thriving business in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to learn, grow, and develop in an HR environment where you will be mentored and coached. You’ll gain experience in everything from recruitment and onboarding to payroll support and employee engagement—no two days will be the same!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting recruitment—liaising with hiring managers, scheduling interviews & preparing contracts
  • Managing HR admin—maintaining personnel files, handling references & onboarding new starters
  • Learning the ins and outs of HR policies, employment law, and best practices
  • Contributing to HR projects that improve company culture and employee wellbeing

What We’re Looking For:

  • Someone with a genuine interest in HR and people
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Great communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Confidence with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • GCSEs in English & Maths (A-levels or further qualifications are a bonus!)
