We are seeking a senior level HR Advisor to join our client's team at an exciting time of growth and change. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering a high-quality HR service across the firm, managing day-to-day HR operations, driving key projects, and supporting our people at all levels of the business.
What You'll Do:
- HR Case Management: Handle a variety of employee relations cases, including performance, absence, disciplinary, and grievance matters, providing practical and effective solutions.
- Project Leadership: Take the lead on multiple new HR projects, from design through to implementation, ensuring delivery aligns with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build trusted relationships with colleagues at all levels, from trainees to senior partners, offering professional advice and support.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the wider HR team, fostering a culture of genuine collaboration and mutual support.
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Professional Services Experience: Experience in a fee-earning professional services business is essential (ideally a law firm, but accountancy or consultancy firms will also be considered). This background is critical for understanding the unique culture and approach.
- Generalist HR Expertise: A solid foundation in HR case management with a proven ability to navigate complex situations with discretion and professionalism.
- Project Management Skills: A track record of leading HR projects, demonstrating strong planning, organization, and execution capabilities.
- Interpersonal Skills: The ability to engage and influence across all levels of the business, from operations teams to board members.
