We are working with a wonderful charity who have offices based in South Leeds and they are looking to recruit an experienced HR Advisor to join the team on a 3- 6-month temporary basis. As a HR Advisor, you will be available immediately and be able to commit to this long-term booking. Joining a busy HR function, working 9-5.30 Monday-Friday, the successful applicant will be involved in a variety of tasks, which include:
- Managing ER cases across several sites
- Working closely with team mangers
- Supporting with training
- Working on policy and procedures
- Managing the HR database
- Dealing with the HR inbox
- Being that point of contact for all HR related queries
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive, friendly, and busy team, available immediately, the successful candidate will be offered a hybrid working week after a period of induction. The successful applicant must be:
- Available immediately
- Have a minimum of 3-5 years HR Advisor experience
- Strong ER experience
- CIPD Level 5
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiently in all MS Office packages and knowledge of HR systems
- Be happy to commit to a long term, temporary role
