Flk Recruitment is currently partnering with a fast paced distribution business as they lookto appoint an experienced HR Advisor based out of their offices to the north of Leeds city centre.

As the HR Advisor, you will operateas an HR expert, to advise, guide and support staff and managers by providing high level people management and development support across the business.You'll be responsible for providing effective support to a diverse client group on a wide range of HR initiatives such as; generalist advice & policy support, HR project work, employee engagement, employee relations, recruitment & selection, reward and learning & development.

We are looking for someone who is looking to progress and can influence senior management thinking. You will be someone who can build mutually beneficial relationships with key stakeholders to support in the delivery of the HR strategy.

To be considered for the role we're looking for someone with:

  • HR Advisoryexperience in a large complex multi-site corporate organisation, including policy development and talent management.

  • Translating law into best practice employment policy, procedure and advice

  • Experience of working in Manufacturing, Engineering or Logistics sectors

  • CIPD Level 5 as a minimum
