HR Advisor – Food Production Industry £35,000Leeds - site based. Mon-Fri, 08:00-17:00JGA are partnering with a leading UK food producer seeking an HR Advisor to support a busy team in a fast-paced environment. You’ll provide frontline HR advice, drive employee engagement, and support key HR initiatives.Key Responsibilities:

Advise managers on HR matters including absence, grievances & performance
Coach and support line managers on policies & best practices
Lead site HR initiatives (wellbeing, compliance, engagement)
Manage a small team of HR administrators
Analyse & report on key HR metrics (absence, retention, headcount)

What You’ll Need:

HR experience in a busy environment (FMCG experience a plus)
Strong communication & organizational skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure
