- Manufacturing or FMCG experience preferred
- Advise managers on HR matters including absence, grievances & performance
- Coach and support line managers on policies & best practices
- Lead site HR initiatives (wellbeing, compliance, engagement)
- Manage a small team of HR administrators
- Analyse & report on key HR metrics (absence, retention, headcount)
- HR experience in a busy environment (FMCG experience a plus)
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
