HR Advisor VacancyLeeds (Hybrid)£34-40K (Depending on experience)

HR Recruit is currently seeking an experienced HR professional for our client in the professional services sector. This newly created role will report directly into the HR Manager and join a small HR team. The client will consider candidates looking to WFH 1 day per week. You will also need to travel to Bradford once per week.Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Provide regular and accurate advice and guidance to managers when needed.
  • Manage ER casework.
  • Coordinate and participate in the recruitment process.
  • Develop and update the companies HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements.
  • Collation of monthly payroll changes for processing.
  • Work with the HR Manager to implement HR strategies and initiatives.

Person Specification

  • Previous experience working as a HR Advisor with excellent employment law knowledge.
  • Experience managing ER cases, providing advice and guidance to managers.
  • CIPD qualified.
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience using a HRIS.
