Flk Recruitment isseeking a proactive HR Advisor to work within a professional services environment, supporting the HR Manager in running the operational side of the team, ensuring the effective management of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.

Our Client boasts an impressive list of Clients from local, Yorkshire-based businesses through to large national businesses.

As a direct result of business growth, the role of HR Advisor has been added to the team. You will play a key role in helping to deliver a full-service HR role encompassing everything from Recruitment & Onboarding, Employee Relations, Absence Management, Performance Management, Policy and Compliance, Pay and Benefits as well as HR Projects and Initiatives

We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a corporate, office environment (<1 day working from home per week). As is usually the case in professional services firms, you must have the ability to build relationships at all levels of the business, possess excellent attention to detail and be able to work under pressure to tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate will also possess a good understanding of UK employment law (underpinned by a CIPD qualification), and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment.
