  • Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process leasing with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Acting as the lead on employee relations including disciplinaries, grievances and performance management
  • Employee Engagement – complete annual engagement survey helping analyse the data and suggest areas for development
  • Supporting the wider HR team in the embedding a positive culture and assisting in building a global culture across the brand
  • Managing the absence reporting process and providing support and guidance to people management on absence management best practice and legislation
  • Providing ongoing coaching to people managers on HR best practice, policies, and procedures
  • Lead the early stages of wellbeing process helping educate and signpost to support and best practice for line managers
  • Support the development of HR policies and procedures
