Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies that are aligned with business objectives
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
- Lead on redundancy, restructure, TUPE
- Lead and deliver on HR projects
- HR policies, procedures, handbooks
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships and increase productivity and retention
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance
- Collaborate with colleagues in the HR department to monitor, review, and update all HR policies in accordance with current legislation
Profile
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
- A degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management -desirable
- Have managed complex ER casework
- Led on redundancy, restructure, TUPE
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Offer
- An estimated salary range of 45,000 - 50,000 (GBP)
